How far along: 35 weeks
Gender: Girl
Weight gain: 25 lbs.+
Maternity clothes: Yes
Stretch marks: No new ones
Belly button in or out: In
Sleep: extremely tired this week
Best moment this week: more maternity photos at home, got some last minute stuff for baby girl, and had a wonderful Sunday Lunch at a local restaurant
Miss anything: just doing things normally without being out of breath
Movement: jabs, rolls, and waves.
Cravings: ice, sandwiches, chocolate covered almonds, and pocky
Queasy or sick: a little nausea
Looking forward to: my mom coming, and maybe a trip to another town close to here.

Grammie was passing through town and got my little guy a sweet cowboy hat that completed his Woody PJ's.

Recently, my little guy got some tattoos as party favors at a birthday party and totally rocked them!

I found these cool frozen dog treats and totally had to buy them for our two labs. With the hot Texas weather coming, I knew they would appreciate this treat!

We went and had a family lunch at Cork & Pig today and I have ate there once but wanted to have hubby try it before we PCS this year. It was delicious, hubby shared with little one a Gladiator Pizza (recommended by the waiter) and I ordered the fried chicken and it was amazingly flavored. I also asked a friend what she recommended and one item was the lemonade. I am pretty picky with lemonade but this was just sweet and tangy enough for me.

Until next time. . .

How far along: 33 weeks
Gender: Girl
Weight gain: 25 lbs.
Maternity clothes: Yes
Stretch marks: No new ones

Best moment this week: Getting her high chair in and changing table (more stress off my plate)
Miss anything: being able to roll over and it not be painful.
Movement: Lots! she does not like when they read her heartbeat, the past two times they've had to use three dopplers because she won't let them get her heartrate and kicks the doppler.
Cravings: sweets mostly.
Queasy or sick: some minor nausea moments; in pain though due to I have to most likely get a root canal
Looking forward to: getting over this tooth ache, I saw the dentist this week and he referred me to get a root canal from an Endodontist . so that will be a fun early morning tomorrow ... not. ALSO, my baby shower is this weekend and hopefully after my 2 rescheduling due to weather my maternity shoot.

Until next time. . .

32 weeks and then some.

Sunday, March 9, 2014

How far along: 32 weeks
Gender: Girl
Weight gain: 23 lbs. ish
Maternity clothes: Yup.
Stretch marks: No new ones
Belly button in or out: In
Sleep: Better, except the leg cramps that wake me with so much pain
Best moment this week: Weekend trip to Ikea, In and Out, Outlets, and Panda Express
Miss anything: Being comfortable
Movement: Lots of movement. She's a wiggle worm with a black belt.
Cravings: Asian Food.
Queasy or sick: Neither really but I am going on day 4 of EXTREME tooth pain; my right side of my mouth about 6 teeth top and bottom hurt so bad. I will be calling the dentist tomorrow and see if they can do anything about it.
Looking forward to: My mom coming and baby girl. I just finished most of the ordering.

More Updates:

I ordered an amazing deal that seems over priced but if you total it out buying it separate it is totally worth it. I thought it was a joke. Nordstrom sells a Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair bundle.
If you bought the chair it self you would pay $250, if you wanted the baby set, you would pay an additional $70, cushion $55, and tray $50. So we saved plenty. Therefore you can figure how I would have though it was a joke. We ended up getting walnut/grey. My son is going to use it until baby is old enough. I love the functions this chair has. I can use it, my son can, and my baby can. It is amazing!

I also got my diaper bag in. I took a long, long time deciding on the perfect diaper bag. I really wanted a bag that doesn't scream diaper bag, something that would double as a purse but had the benefits of a diaper bag. It is very roomy, I did want the ability to use it as a book bag but it works and it does have stroller hooks so their is that benefit.

I also did the first load of laundry for baby girl. SO MUCH PINK! I put THREE shout color catchers in so everything white turns pink as well.

The days are getting nicer here, so we decided to take our little guy to the park.

This week I am really looking back at how much my little boy has grown, how he is going to turn three next month, how this is his last month as an only child and how everything is about to change (for the better of course). He is so independent, smart, handsome, and everything I could ask for in a son. It is very emotional and exciting, he is going to be a great big brother... he already has shown me he is.

Our trip to Round Rock, TX in there important photos.

Until next time. . .

Most of the items I already have for my little girl. The dresser and cart I plan to get this weekend on our trip to Round Rock, TX. My diaper bag should arrive this week and I can not wait to stock it up! We plan to get the baby monitor after she gets here or closer to the time of her arrival. I am excited for a little girl. The car seat is totally girly and going to look awesome next to her brothers. I couldn't resist getting the whale blanket with all the silky ruffles. I can not wait to find out where we PCS this late July/ early August! I want to know how big her room is so I can decorate it!

Until next time. . .

getting real close.

How far along: as of right now 31 weeks & 4 days
Gender: Girl
Weight gain: Not totally sure but enough
Maternity clothes: yep.
Stretch marks: No new ones.
Belly button in or out: In
Sleep: some nights are better than others
Best moment this week: Hubby said we are going to Ikea this weekend coming up
Worst moment this week: at my last appointment, I told my OB that I had some tightness feeling and just felt like I was going to explode. She checked me and I am dilated to a 1cm already. She said to take it easy and bed-rest when possible (she knows I have an almost 3 year old). I felt better most of the week but these past two days the tightness and out of breath feeling has been coming back.
Miss anything: my bladder & my moms cooking (40ish days till she is here)
Movement: yes, pretty sure she is a black belt already
Cravings: Thai food, I can not stress how excited I am for my moms arrival
Looking forward to: my next appointment to hopefully be told she's staying put, Ikea trip, and my baby shower [it has been fun helping plan for it]

Other photos:

I got my spring candles from Bath & Body Works and was excited to find a candle called [ The Sunshine State ] Florida Fresh (seeing as that is where hubby and I are from)
P.S. it smells amazing!

I love making sandwiches and lately this strawberry salad (with sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, mixed greens, strawberries, raspberry vinaigrette, and sometimes walnuts)
Also, obsessed with my new drinking cup found [ here ].

Last night I made sockeye salmon, roasted veggies [OMG so yummy], and pretzel bread.

This morning hubby took our son & I to brunch at a new place and it was pretty yummy! My son also got a haircut yesterday. Growing up so fast.

Until next time. . .
