This month has been amazing in so many ways.
For one.
My family has been healthy and happy this whole month.
We saw Yo Gabba Gabba Live.

Waiting to get inside.

Just cheesing.

Daddy and son.

Before the show started.

The GANG!

Yo Gabba Gabba Live!

Earlier in the month I won and many others won an awesome givea
way on one of my favorite blogs ever.

I won Uncrustables Coupons & Canon SELPHY CP900 Wireless Compact Photo Printer.

Which I am so grateful for!

Later on in the week of YGG Live! We decided since hubby has the week off anyways, we went to Sea World in San Antonio. It was a little longer drive but it was free since hubby is military and they give you a 1 free day pass and the entrance for it had NO LINE while others had to wait in line for tickets. Thank you so much Sea World. Baby was not only good at YGGL he was amazing (for an almost 2 year old) at Sea World. We watched the beluga whale show and the sea lion show. Both were great and baby loved it! We also got 2 30% off coupons (for being military) for souvenirs or food (one time use only). That helped lots with the over priced items we got baby. Then we went to Whole Foods (which we don't have where we live) and LOVED IT. It is expensive but I felt good about anything they sell.
Here are some Sea World pictures.

Entering.

Waiting for the show to start.

Just chilling with Shamu.

Also, this month baby got a sandbox (we wanted more things to do in our backyard during the hot Texas summers).

I think he likes it.

My boys.

Oh yesterday.
I knew it was going to be a good day.
Why?
Because this came out.

Talk about my first love. <3

THEN TODAY!!!!
(Back story: I enter lots of contests because ... if they are giving away a chance for awesome and free stuff and all I have to do is share that an amazing contest is going on... then why not?)
I won a $349.99 stroller!!!
Thank you amazing people at Baby Jogger for donating and Bump Club and Beyond for hosting a dynamite contest!
We were going to buy a cheap jogger one anyways since being a first time mom I did not know what to look for in a stroller and the one we have now I don't care for and is heavy and just not what I wanted. So, I am thrilled  and grateful to win this amazing prize!!!

Next month baby turns 2!
Where did the time go?
:(

Until next time. . .

I'm back...
Sort of. So, I've finally got back in the groove of things. Baby feels pretty much all better. Therefore here is some things coming soon.
Next week, Hubby requested some time off (something like use it or lose it leave) and I am so excited. Ideas of what we are going to do. Go to this park/pond area that ducks and geese beg and yell at you to feed them. (pending weather), maybe a trip to Round Rock, TX so I can finally visit an IKEA!!! (excited... HELL YES!) but one of the most exciting things is we are going to see YO GABBA GABBA LIVE!!!!

Baby is a HUGE HUGE HUGE FAN! He wakes up saying YO (he can't pronounce Gabba) [side note: he yells YO everywhere so they probably think we are pretty gangster...right?] But yes we are going to see them and ...to be honest... hubby and I are pretty darn pumped and excited too. It's about two hours away and hopefully we can go early and look around town. It's on a Wednesday so I am excited that it shouldn't be much traffic and stuff like that. Also, it's in a "small town" compared to a city like Dallas. Although, it's a SOLD OUT SHOW! I might get a little anxiety over that. But onto other stuff.
 [aka the title]
wiping the dust away. my camera and creative juices have been not even on the back burner but behind that..... the wall I guess haha. I am looking through flickr today and really got the push to do maybe a day in the life of my son. just to see stuff from his point of view. hopefully it goes pretty smooth. I just feel like I haven't really taken "memory" pictures of him lately. Anyways that's about it for now. Hopefully I get lots of family, YGG, and day in the life photos during hubbys week off.

P.S. I have some other ideas brewing too. Hopefully they come to life.

Until next time. . .
